Who am I?

Sports have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some of my earliest memories are of my mum taking me to the local park to play football with my sister, or spending Sundays at my grandparents’ house where my grandfather would gather all the cousins for a swim. Movement, energy, and teamwork have always shaped who I am. In late 2019, I tore my ACL and meniscus while playing netball—a devastating setback at the time. But that experience taught me something powerful: sport and fitness are about so much more than just movement. They bring peace, energy, discipline, and resilience into our lives. That’s why I became a personal trainer. I wanted to share the same joy and strength that fitness has given me, and also learn how to train in a way that keeps the body safe and injury-free. Today, I’m a Level 2 Qualified Gym Instructor and working towards my Level 3 qualification—and I can’t wait to help others move, grow, and thrive. This journey isn’t just about fitness—it’s about becoming the best version of yourself. I’d love for you to join me on that journey.
